VEP Environmental is an operating SIC code 2911 oil and gas refinery with the capability to process and recycle a multitude of non-hazardous and hazardous waste streams as Oil-Bearing Secondary Material (OBSM) on a Bill of Lading. The material is exempted from solid waste (RCRA) under 40 CFR 261.4(a)(12)(i).
By receiving OBSM from refineries on a BOL, we are able to avoid potential operational inefficiencies, ensure accurate tracking of emissions, and streamline compliance with environmental regulations.
